Scandinavian Modern Design — Luxury Living With Simple Elegance

.Situated in one of the most prominent, high-end areas of Minnesota and surrounded by luxury 50th and France shopping, dining and recreation, this is the place where all your dreams will come true.

We’re talking about a one-of-a-kind masterpiece your neighbors will be kicking themselves for not investing in when they had the chance.

Our chef-style, open concept kitchen was crafted with the modern family in mind. Everything from double inset ovens to an extended island.

Whether you want to make homemade Pad Thai from scratch, serve up a family style fajita bar on Friday nights or just have extra space to put together this week’s meal from Hello Fresh, in this cutting edge kitchen you can do it all.

And you can do it in style.

Just imagine hosting wine and cheese nights or Easter brunch in your own eat-in-kitchen. Your guests will have trouble choosing what custom touches to comment on first. Your kids will finally be eager to invite their friends over for that sleepover. You'll even find them coming home early Friday so they don’t miss out on Friday game nights at home. When winter comes and the weather chills? There is even more to enjoy. Gather friends and family around your customized fireplace, the ideal central hangout for Thanksgiving dessert, Christmas hot toddies or hot chocolate on a cold January night. Spend hours swapping funny stories of holidays past. Or, sing along as the local pianist play a few of your favorite holiday chords.

After the holiday meal is served and desserts are savored by the fire, your guests will be content to cozy up in one of the many spare rooms upstairs. There’s plenty of room for everyone to stay awhile.

Meanwhile, hidden away in your master bath, you and your loved one can warm yourselves in the large soaking tub made for two. Enjoy hours in your spa-like master suite - reveling in the comforts of home and family you have worked so hard for all these years.

You deserve it. You earned this. You are home.

The best part, you can customize each cutting edge feature in a style all your own. Move over Joanna and Chip Gaines - we’ve got more in store for this home than you’ve ever seen on HGTV.

It all starts with Edina's award-winning school district - among the top 5 in the entire state of Minnesota! Known for innovation, technology and high college entrance rates, rest assured your kids are in the very best hands here.

But they’re not the only ones. From the monthly art exhibits at Margaret Foss Gallery to Interlachen Country Club, you’ll have plenty to do outside of Minneapolis. But when you do want to take in the downtown experience, commuter roads and highways are just minutes away.

Pamela Park is Edina’s first-ring suburb offering your family a first-rate kind of life.

Add to that a custom-built, masterpiece called home, and we know you’ll never look back.

You see, some people are just content to live in or near Edina, enjoying the shopping, dining and soaking up the many other benefits of living in a sought-after town. Others understand that dream living doesn’t end at your front door. You need a dream home to make the lifestyle complete.

Which kind of person are you? Have you always dreamed of building your own home? A home with everything you could ever want? A one-of-a-kind masterpiece your neighborhoods can’t stop telling their friends about?

If you can answer “Yes” to any of these, then this Edina, MN new-construction home is perfect for you.

SOLD -- REMODEL Project in South Minneapolis, Linden Hills Neighborhood - 4201 Ewing Ave S

*Photos are of Before & After REMODEL Project

Home Description

Multiple Option Project in the popular “Linden Hills” Neighborhood. Choose from a Major Remodel, Pop the Top or New Construction Design. This location can support all of these ideas. A 2 car garage can also be added. We have an Amazing Team from architect, builder, designers and staging to help you make this stress free!! Lots of selections, options and colors to choose from.

About the Neighborhood

Bordered by two of the city’s most popular lakes (Bde Maka Ska and Lake Harriet), Linden Hills residents know how to have a good time on and off the water. There’s plenty of rich history here, too, as the neighborhood started buzzing when the Como-Harriet streetcar line began rolling through in the 1920s (you can still take a nostalgic ride today). Just steps away from the line, the commercial hub of the neighborhood thrives with fabulous cafes and a vast array of indie shops. There are countless ways to play at Lake Harriet, part of the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes Regional Park. Nearly 3 miles of pedestrian and bike trails circle the perimeter and pass some of the city’s most stunning homes. Rent bikes—in addition to canoes, kayaks and paddle boats—through Wheel Fun Rentals. No matter where you’re at on the lake, it’s hard to miss the castle-like Band Shell, complete with turrets. Here, you’ll find a full lineup of free concerts and movies through the summer. Harriet stays colorful in the winter months, with the annual Lake Harriet Winter Kite Festival drawing kites of all shapes and sizes. You’re also likely to spot ice fishing and snowshoeing enthusiasts during the deep-freeze months.

On the western edge of the neighborhood at France Avenue and 44th Street, get your wine and cheese fix at the aptly named France 44. This family-run destination has specialized in a worldly selection of wines, beers and spirits—plus ethically sourced cheeses—for 60 years. Catch one of their free tastings on Fridays and Saturdays, or sign up for one of their enlightening courses focused on a variety of foods and beverages. Farther south on France, around 50th Street, more character-filled shops—along with restaurants and an indie movie theater—reinforce this area’s must-visit status.

Located in School District #1 City of Mpls Schools promises an inspirational education experience in a safe, welcoming environment for all diverse learners to acquire the tools and skills necessary to confidently engage in the global community.

About the Neighborhood

The Morningside neighborhood is located in the Northeast quadrant of the city of Edina. It is bounded on the North by 40th Street, on the East by France Avenue, on the South (roughly) by Sunnyside Road, and on the West (roughly) by Natchez Avenue. This neighborhood is home to a large Weber Park and Fields, named after an area resident (George Weber) who served as the then village of Morningside’s one police officer, janitor and church deacon. The Morningside neighborhood has a history of unique community since its inception. Morningside grew along the Como-Harriet

Streetcar line, the intermediary connecting Linden Hills in Minneapolis with the city of Edina. Originally part of Edina, Morningside was platted in 1905 by the Grimes family heirs to the family farmland existing there. The Morningside community seceded from Edina in 1920 to become its own independent village. It didn’t re-join the city of Edina until 1966. To this day it is architecturally distinct from its neighbors in the Edina Country Club.
